You’re looking at the 2009 Booze Basket — the fabulous grand prize to be awarded to the winner of this year’s March Madness blind tasting tournament. With a total retail worth of $75, the basket is emblazoned with over 100 rare corks, and features three bottles which have been reviewed by the Winos over the past few months:
1) 2007 Lucas & Lewellen “Goodchild Vineyard” Chardonnay (Santa Barbara County)
2) 2005 Tolosa Winery Pinot Noir (Edna Valley)
3) 2007 Municipal Winemakers “Bright Red” (Santa Barbara County)
