Nose: pineneedle, pineapple, apricot, kiwi, cantaloupe, lemon
Palette: apple, lemon, pear, honeysuckle, sweet, nectary
Notes: not as aromatic as we would expect. 9/13 would buy again

Vineyard: Bien Nacido Vineyard
Varietal: Pinot Blanc
Region: Santa Maria Valley
Vintage: 2005
Winemaker: Trou de Bonde
Nose: baked spiced apple with cinnamon, cheddar cheese
Palette: spear of tartness, sour, creamy and tart, green apple, lemons filtered through slate, green onion
Notes: “Like a Spartan is stabbing me in the neck.”-Andrew. 1/13 would buy again

Vineyard: Andrew Murray Vineyards
Wine: Echante, 60% Roussanne, 40% Marsanne
Region: Santa Ynez Valley
Vintage: 2004
Nose: pulled pork, tamarind paste, tires, burned hair, tulips
Palette: cheddar finish, white fish, bitter finish, long finish, flabby
Notes: “tight ass, but round in the middle.”- Sharkness

Nose: cornbread, honeysuckle, honeybutter, butter
Palette: good structure, lemon, butter, oaky, chocolate
Notes: “reminiscent of Petite Syrah.”-Jason

Nose: coffee cake, marzipan, biscotti, almond oil extract, apples and honey, applecake, crust, toast with butter
Palette: hazelnut
Notes: viscous, opulent, harsher and more floral than previous wine, not particularly sweet, closer to a French wine. “I fucking hate Aristotle.”-Leah
